Welcome to ‘TheGreekHerbivore!’ I am so glad you stopped by!
Here, I welcome you into my kitchen as I, just a young twenty-something, share my love of baking and cooking. In a snapshot, I’ll be sharing and recreating my family’s Greek recipes while creating new ones. Follow along as I help you capture the memories and experiences that food brings in uniting people, all while nourishing the mind and body.
A Glimpse: Behind ‘TheGreekHerbivore’
My name is Danielle, and I am the face behind ‘TheGreekHerbivore!’ To give you a little background, I just graduated with my B.S. in Business Administration, and I am an aspiring social (cause) marketer, passionate about food and nutrition, doing my part in bridging the gap and raising awareness for health equity. I aim to provide healthful, versatile, and, of course, flavorful recipes that you can recreate in your home. In conjunction, I have been on a personal journey with my dietary preferences and have been on the quest to create and tune recipes without taking away authenticity. Again, I welcome you to my Greek kitchen!
